15 minutes of bag work (3 minutes of jab work, 3 minutes of cross work, 3 minutes of rear hook work, 3 minutes of lead cross work, 3 minutes of combo work)
10 minutes of shadowboxing
5 minutes of jump rope
Various leg strength exercises
10 minutes of running up and down stairs (do this right after leg work to really pump them)
Then do all sparring work at the gym.

I assume you are just starting? I got by the "3" rule.
skipping, 3 rounds, 3mins each.
stretching....(look upmuscle groups to stretch)
shadow , 3 rounds 3 mins
heavy bag 3 rounds, 3 mins
sit ups, leg lifts, jacknife all of tose excersises 3 times, and each rep devisible by 3 (12, 24, 36, 72, etc.)
push ups - here is where I deviate slightly.
Your first day, do as many as you can, the next day, do as many as you could the day before, plus one. Repeat.
all of this done 4-5 times a week.
bottom line, set a goal for yourself, then each day do a little better than the last.
