I stepped back after throwing a knee and i felt a click in my big toe.
now for the last week when i walk or step or anything it clicks and pops, doin MT today whenever i would kick with that leg it would pop out of place and hurt like the ****ing devil.
how can i tape it up so this doesn't happen?
