SC issued a Temporary Restraining Order. That is just a temporary relief. Hopefully the law will be rejected in toto and replaced by a new one that is reasonable, implementable, and for the protection of all.

rumor is, legarda was ammending some points unto it.. hopefully libel would be dumped from it. it doesn't makes sense..
