Pusoy in general means 3-5-5 and yes royal flush is the rarest. If you count, there are only four royal flushes. Quadra or four of a kind has 48*52 = 2 496 combinations. Do you understand?

Okay, I was just testing tua here. It's not 48*52 = 2 496, it's 48*13. The question is, how come?
