patis
sriracha
simple lang pero ang sarap with mussels or crab or shrimp.
matamis, maasim, maalat, maanghang all in one.
just give some mussels and a plate of rice with that sauce and its all good.

kalamansi, soy sauce, sliced tomato, sliced onion, and carpicium (siling labuyo).
That's what I did for lunch with a fried yellow fin tuna. Siempre me mainit din na sabaw ng tuna na hinaluan ng mustasa, kamatis at sibuyas.
