No, they are not in corners offering services. This is a normal activity during summer. Soon as school vacation starts, kids in the village would often organize this activity. This ritual is often held by the river banks, so the kids could jump in the river after the "mangtutuli" is done cutting the foreskin. Where there are no rivers, kids would chew young guava leaves and spit it out to be used as antiseptic on the wound.
