Is Pacquiao a good singer?

I don't speak pinoy and don't understand the tones of that language enough to know how good or bad of a singer pac is. so can the fine pinoy fans of BS help me out on this one. just curious.

his singing is ok. i've heard worse. but that doesnt mean he is good enough to sing in public. His singing will do like in a KTV or karaoke place.
