tsk tsk hindi nga natin kaya ang mexico ... lol
hahabol din tayo (siguro) tulad sa boxing. For now, Pinoys reign in boxing, pound for pound, over Mexico, over US, over Argentina, isama mo pa China at Brazil, LOL!

nabasa ko one of the games mullins lead the team in scoring, si laetner lang talaga masasabi mo na hindi nag shine and its understandable kasi nga he was playing with the best of the best...in fact legends in their own right of the game...

opinion ko lang kahit tumaas na level ng competition ngayon, kahit all star yung team, kumpletos recados sila labas, loob, depensa ... best players in all the position guard, forward center, at pinaka importante, lahat ng players "well experienced to lead the team", ma off night man isa they have another 10 guys to go to (only laettner was unproven)...

1994 World Championship Team, or Dream Team II
                  "Dream Team II" logo.
                  "Dream Team II" logo.

The second Dream Team competed in the 1994 World Championship, held in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This was an entirely new roster, as USA Basketball elected to showcase stars who were not present at the 1992 Olympics. Composed primarily of younger NBA players, the team lacked the widespread appeal of its predecessor but nevertheless continued its dominance. The 1994 roster included Isiah Thomas recently retired from the NBA, Shaquille O'Neal, Reggie Miller, Dominique Wilkins, Joe Dumars, Alonzo Mourning, Mark Price, Shawn Kemp, Dan Majerle, Derrick Coleman, Steve Smith, Larry Johnson and Kevin Johnson. Coached by Don Nelson of the Golden State Warriors, this team easily captured the gold medal in tournament play.

tingin ko talaga kayang kaya ng DREAM TEAM 1 tong 1994 version...

sa line up ba ng US, best line na ba nila yung naglalaro or sino mga opinion nyo na dapat nasa team or sino ang dapat mga palitan?

tingin ko aim ng US is to get it all this time, hindi ko lang alam kung may full participation ng mga players... yung iba kasi nag beg out yata??

having kobe in the team is a sign that they have taken things seriously... saka nag gel na rin yung mga dating naglalaro, ganda ng performance ni lebron at melo... all in all a very good young team...

sayang hindi nakapaglaro sino manu sa ligang to, mas nakita sana natin ang toughness ng US...
