I was a fan of UFC since the first one in 1993.

Unfortunately, I stopped watching MMA regularly around that late 90s and didn't really get back into it until around 2006. Still watched it in that time period, just didn't really follow it like I did boxing.

So I missed out on the glory days of Pride. Have to say this, the excitement and quality of Pride fights is something you don't see as often in the UFC.

I loved the scoring system and the yellow card rule. A lot more fan and spectator friendly than the UFC.
