i would highly recommend K-1's Greatest Knockouts. not sure about actual cards though cause i rarely pay attention to the particular card that given fights happen in.

but if you can get individual fights:

Sakuraba/Newton
Lawler/Riley
Frye/Takayama
all of Wanderlei Silva's matches with Sakuraba and Rampage...
