I love Frank Shamrock, I wa very glad to see him back in the cage on EliteXC. Last I heard he was injured and needed recovery time. He's not as great as he once was, but he's still better than most IMO.

Frank Shamrock is the man, one of the only true MMA fighters around. Guy can do it all, too bad we missed alot of great fights by him retiring. But also the guy is smart and is making money outside the ring. Cant wait to watch him fight again.
