that's just what they are called cause people generally make them a little saucier that i do and then eat them on a burger bun so it tends to squish out the sides and get messy.
but i serve it on MY awesome homemade cornbread and use a fork to eat it so no mess.

on toast with cheese melted on top!
i also like salad with a spicey italian tomatoe sauce one!
