      Vacation is always a good idea. Pack your backpack and go traveling. Going somewhere always helps me to look at my problems from a different prospective. This summer i decided to go on a round trip to Africa and visit those countries which are not too dangerous for the tourists. South Africa, Botswana, Namibia, Nigeria - first, after Morocco and Algeria.

            I had similar issues in my life so I just exercised, stop filling depressing news, sleep with the sun

            throw away my wife’s pictures….

            got PMP certified and met a new woman and didn’t mention my previous wife, depression, drug abuse and it all worked out

            A guy has got to surround himself with positive men.
