Vacation is always a good idea. Pack your backpack and go traveling. Going somewhere always helps me to look at my problems from a different prospective. This summer i decided to go on a round trip to Africa and visit those countries which are not too dangerous for the tourists. South Africa, Botswana, Namibia, Nigeria - first, after Morocco and Algeria.Last edited by sanchezmike; 07-12-2022, 04:39 PM.

Try doing something you like, watch a favorite television program or movie, listen to some music, let your mind wander.

Hello everyone,
I need a piece of advice from you. I’ve been under terrible chronic stress in the past several years. The factors which led to it are multiple: work, family issues — I’m going through a divorce and fighting for custody over my son at the moment — and I nearly lost my home to debt. All these accompanied with the coronavirus pandemic led to my developic anxiety, depression, and other minor health conditions.
Now, I’m not here to bemoan over my fate. I’m looking for advice on how to get rid of this stress and eventually improve both my physical and mental health state. But bear in mind that I can’t go to the gym, so please, don’t recommend such physical activity. I took up yoga and meditation, but I believe it’s not enough. I feel as if I need something more.
For a while I used to gamble at online casinos here xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx but I quitted as I don’t want it to be a temporary escape from my problems. I want a long-term solution. So if you have an idea or if you were in a similar situation, please share with me in the comments. I'd appreciate your help.
throw away my wife’s pictures….
got PMP certified and met a new woman and didn’t mention my previous wife, depression, drug abuse and it all worked out
A guy has got to surround himself with positive men.
