Question for Mexican community

I want some Mecian food. For Pac vs Rios. I love fried beans , a lot of cheese and guacamole and I love super spicy food. Not sure if sour cream is also a main ingredient in Mexican food but I do like lots of it too.

Can you guys share some recipes.

I'm tired of making just tacos. I want something new. And I just love the taste of Mexican food.

Should I wash this down with some Modelo or Corona? I wish there was a place in Miami where I could go get like a sampler of real Mexican food.
