Should a parent have a right to kill their kid?

I dont think you could kill your own child if your a normal person like most of us parents who have felt a bond, a connection with there child since birth. And as a matter of fact imo if a child does act out or act disrespectul it speaks more of the parents ineptitude and piss poor method of bringing said child up. Its usually learned behaviour not something they just pull out of thin air.
