if the USA belongs to all brown people then why do Latin American countries have borders and immigration laws that they enforce on one other?

Who do you think drew those boarders and enacted those laws ? Certainly not the majority brown people. It’s the minority white people in those brown countries.

It’s the same game everywhere weather they are the majority or the minority. Weather I agree or disagree I definitely gotta give the white folks credit where credit is due.
