Those are the EXCEPTION... Absolutely they've happened.
Officers who get caught doing stuff like that or covering things up face serious consequences and often receive them.

I did watch some of the video. Its made by a cop, so clearly he has his biases. You surely can't think these videos will erase decades of corruption, crimes, etcetc. do you?

The situation doesn't get resolved until people like the dude that made this video acknowledge the negatives and work to weed out all of the cops they know engage in criminal and illegal activity.

You also surely can't think these videos represent what actually has happened in every case of police brutality.

Where have I posted I don't care unless a cop is involved? It is completely unfair for you to make that up and present it as my opinion when I never posted or suggested it.

Further, you broached the subject about police. Police are trained to protect and serve the community. They are held to a higher standard than regular citizens.

No, force is not always justified. The situation often can be resolved in other ways. Force is used far too often in certain communities and rarely in others-which indicates force isn't always required.
