Best place to get neck?

Have severe neck pain when looking down its affecting my posture have forward neck. Where do i go to get neck sorted?

I went through this recently. Primary couldn't figure it out, ended up getting an xray, then MRI, and they couldn't pin it either so a specialist sent me to physical therapy and they immediately knew what to do. My problem was severe and sudden, I couldn't sit upright for more than 20min, but I'm probably 75% better after 4 months of PT. Still got a bit to go but it's nice knowing that these neck problems will be behind me soon.

Yeah dude, some real knowledgeable folk in here and neck injuries are common in boxing and society so why not ask here. Im in my twenties haven't had issues with my neck before.
