What is your favorite Mexican food?

These aren't my favorite Mexican food but it is something that's been eaten in Mexico for 1,000s of years and I just tried them for the first time this year and I really liked them. Anytime I got to a Mexican restaurant and they offer them, I will order them.

They were also a big hit during the Seattle Mariners games.

Yeah I had them when I was a kid in Mexico. They were nutty and nice and crunchy. Damn, that was some good eating.

I loved quesadillas de flor de calabaza they served in my mercado local.

Carnitas and lengua are my go to meats. I also like cow or pork brains.

My all time favorite dish is pork meat in salsa Verde con nopales.
