But he knows everything, past and future. So even before he created some people he knew what types of persons they would turn out to be. So why did he create future rapists, murders, paedos, etc?

Coz of free will
They choose to be murder rapists etc

The true life is afterlife, heaven or hell
Eternal happiness or torture
The only way is obey god's command
Questioning god decision wont help
