I was with a mate last night having some drinks and he was on Tinder and I was advising and he kept left swiping there really hot chicks because he only has so many free likes and he said they would never match, but then he would also swipe away the very unattractive ones.

So my question is, is this normal ? and is it the optimlal tactic ?
