There's always the AAF and CFL.
Now, if they somehow find a way of continuing their protests, shouldn't they have done that from the start ?Last edited by Curtis Harper; 02-15-2019, 11:42 PM.

They wont let him work in their company anymore but they WILL STILL PAY HIM.
If Kap and Reid accepted the deal now its because the money felt like a win for them.
where the hell did you get that from?

hes not gonna play..... ever again.....
they gave him settlement money
its basically a "take this now stfu"
so who really "won" here?
Most likely, he did. lol
He probably got paid well enough that the only ball he's worried about throwing is the one where bltches wear glass slippers.

The point of the suit wasnt so he could play again, there is no legal way to force an employer to hire you.
The point of the suit was to punish the nfl for conspirering in order to make sure no team hires him.
Since they are paying him money, enough money for him to accept the settlement, its very clear that he won.

I'm not sure if he would've won his case or not but I'm sure there were some things the NFL did not want released publicly.

What you dont understand is that the end result of the suit was never going to be that a judge would force an NFL team to hire him.
There is no such legal verdict.
