If our healthcare system is "one of the worst in the world", why do so many foreigners come here for medical treatment, including high ranking politicians from other countries?

Rich people don't want to wait for treatment and will come to the US to pay a high premium to get faster treatment asap.
The US specializes in certain areas in medical treatment compared to elsewhere.

But this doesn't mean we have the best health care system.

Tuition free is not free, the tax payers pay for that especially home owners. Increase living wage: AKA minimum wage $15 an hour so you McDonalds burger will be a $12 hamburger instead a $4 burger.
