GM hasnt been ran correctly in a long time.

They should have never been bailed out, twice.

And after the second bailout (which was technically a nationalization), Obama installed a CEO (Ed Whitacre) that literally said "I dont know anything about cars."

That same CEO then went on TV and blatantly lied to the American taxpayers when he falsely claimed they'd paid back all the bailout money.

No one should be stunned that disgrace of a company is falling apart.
