No what is happening is you are falsely attributing something to me and then taking what I wrote and arguing what you assume it means.

I wrote exactly what I felt-that its good to see the question being asked.

Of course this conveniently coincides with modern aircraft and state of the art helmets being developed that are easier to fly and rely less upon a pilots instincts, reflexes and ability to perform under pressure. F-22 and F-35 fighter jets were designed to rely more upon the aircraft's technology than the pilot's ability to fly and maneuver. In short, almost any idiot can be trained to pilot one of these new aircraft, which is why it is easy to be idealistic when selecting pilots now.
My classmate, at Independence HS San Jose California. Anthony Blankenship is, well here his profile.

Annapolis, gulf war(both) veteran and now teaching the next generation how to fly.

Anthony, if memory serves me correctly is 3rd generation Annapolis. He knew without a doubt in High School, he’d be a fighter pilot.

      Cool dude.

Again there is a difference between pilots (west point, naval academy, air force) and staff (that walk into recruiting centers in the neighborhood).
There is a difference between recruiting offices and air force academies, but there isn't much difference between pilots who make it to west point, naval academy, vs the the athletes who make it in pro sports. The only difference is the field is different, but the requirement to make it is the same, and that requirement is to be the best.

Also when you walk into the recruitment office they administer a test, if you score high enough on the test you could take the next steps to become a pilot.

If you score high enough on their tests, they actually will urge you to join pilot school. They are consistently looking for smart kids to be pilots.

Yeah but there is also a shlt load of reverse racism via black brass that needs to be addressed.

Edit: Especially if you do great work and get a lot of attention from a lot of black ladies, etc..lol

do you know the process to be selected for admission to one of the service academies?

For example, applicants cannot be married, pregnant, or have any children for whom they have legal responsibility. Does that disqualify you from nba/nfl? do yu have to get nominated by a congressman/general etc?

The general seems to think we are not pulling the best and brightest from all communities to be pilots. I don't see what the big deal is that he is looking to reach out to all communities.

ANY BLACK PERSON WHO IS SUCCESSFUL IS EVIDENCE THAT THERE IS NO SYSTEM OPPRESSION.

The only oppression going on is if you commit crimes which the police will respond to which happens a lot in the black community.
talking about the system being oppressive to blacks etc on the colin crapernick thread.... here's your reply:

If you win in the Casino, that doesn't mean the house advantage doesn't exist. It means you were incredibly lucky. if you hit the lottery for $500 mil, that doesn't erase the fact that millions of people had to NOT hit in order for the pot to be so big.

like I said, when its everyone else Sterling Archer says look at the few, they show you are wrong. When its about white people, then suddenly we have to look at the majority.
