Well the Chicago river is disgusting. I mean, it's toxic as f u c k. It's gotten better over the years, but I wouldn't want to swim in it. Lake Michigans fine, but not the river. So it wouldn't surprise me if the river looked a little green on any other day, but they do dye the river green in March for Saint Patrick's.
