The problem is that the world media continues to be controlled by 6 or so incestuous megacorporations and television still matters more than reality. Therefore these very readily available numbers remain invisible to the average inhabitant of Earth.

Just like they ignored (and continue to ignore) thousands upon thousands of black on white rapes/murders and wait for the extremely rare white on black killing and your gullible aunt/sister/friend became an "activist"... Because that's what's on TV...

There can be another 500 attacks on Trump supporters. They will be buried among other online statistics for a small number of nerds who feel responsible for society to look up. It's not the dominant TV skew.

They won't be on The VIEW, the Daily Show or Rachel Maddow so they won't exist to 99% of the public.
