I don't try to disturb my sleep so if I wake up and have to piss I just say screw it and go back to bed. That's something i'll have to deal with once i'm fully awake, which is usually me running to the bathroom when I actually get up

I have a beeper that senses moisture so when I start to pee it wakes me up and I make a mad scramble for the bathroom.
