Well since Brazil lost, I have to root for the second best party people , the English.
If I root for Belgium they would win and have white wine, fries with mayonnaise and mussels and be all civilized. France same ****. Croatia will probably party on the beach in Dalmatia, whereas the English will go crazy, wherever and whenever. Plenty of great scenes and drunken tomfoolery if they pull it off.
