1994 World Cup was in US, then they hosted 1996 Olympics in Atlanta.

Red - Russia got it. That covers the UEFA region.

Yellow - Brazil got it last time out. So CONEMBOL is covered plus Argentina is going through a bit of a financial crisis so that wouldn't suit them.

Green - Cricket would have to be in the Olympics for them to really care about it.
