I thought it was supposed to help incompetent refs. It does the opposite, it makes crap refs even worse.

I don't know if i'd call it a good thing until i've seen it work throughout a season or tournament.

That ref with the benefit of slow motion still is thought that was a penalty.

The rule needs to change in black and white regarding handballs. ‘Unnatural position’ is rubbish.

It should change to ‘deliberate’ and stopping a goal.
