Seriously, people who refuse to eat pork or drink alcohol need re-education. I can't fault the Chinese for this.

Now if they could do the same thing for people who think powdered rhino horn is medicine, then it would be even better.

Plenty of people need re-education.

I realized in HK, that Chinese people were unstoppable. I ate pork, unknowingly/knowingly and I liked it... had it severed to me in a few dishes(recipes) I especially liked the krispy crunchy texture of the skin...
