Yeah, there are incidents where the steering wheel or the breaks malfunctioned and crashed into crowds, can't jump into conclusions and claim terrorism all too fast.

I've been working in German cities and small towns(international project for my field) for the past few months and noticed how pretty much every city centre has newly added large blocks of cement everywhere now.

It's to prevent these islamic attacks using large vehicles as weapons and it certainly makes it impossible to drive through these streets with high speed now.

Unless you slowly come through and then sneak in and smash through a a crowd of sitting ducks. Appears to be what happened here.
