Whos the better Basketball player? And why??

THE WHITE MAN Larry Bird by a long shot. He’s better than LeBron in every category easily. Plus Bird played in the league at a time where real basketball was played and the comp level was much greater than it is now.

Yeah I tend to chose those who aren't as mentally weak. Bird fits that mold. Better ball handler, shooter. Lebron is by far the better defender. I think they are both very good passers. Lebron i'd give the edge in rebounding but he is in a softer era.

I still don't get how dumb ppl just look at % straight up to see/say who is a better shooter

You gotta take into account what kind of shots, range, defense, style, type of player, etc.

Someone who is a spot up shooter who only shoots when open is gonna have a better % than a star player who is always guarded that has to force shots up
