Everything to do with a woman who worked at Hermes in Paris.. The store was closed, suddenly Oprah shows up, wanting the store employees to reopen the store so Oprah could buy some last minute things before returning to the US.

The store employees had to take all kinds of verbal abuse because they could not reopen the store. Oprah made an ugly scene, saying "I'll destroy you!" & "you don't know who i am?"
