The suspect is in an area of the room that isn't clear. The target door looks to be to the right. There is zero cover if you were to approach the suspect and detain him. Having him move to you is logical.

im my opinion i think the cops just wanted him to do something wrong so he can have a reason to shoot. if he was afraid then telling that guy to stay still on the ground would have been the best thing to do until more help arrive. instead he kept making orders, telling him to not move, then the next minute yelling at him to start crawling.

If you're going to unload one, you should shoot 3 to the center mass. The judgment to be made is lethal vs nonlethal, not "just a sprinkle of lethal "
