Tried menudo, didn't care for it. Most of the Mexican stuff here is Tex-Mex so hard to say what authentic Mexican foods I like. Of the Tex-Mex I like pollo a la crema best, in fact I make it better than the restaurants do.

Im always looking for that perfect Chilaquiles but seems like the taste is very different depending on where u go.
