Yes, it is not rape, per se, the term rape is used to stimulate the reaction they wanted. I see feminists claiming she felt rape, because her boyfriend broke up with her, and asking other feminists where she can go to report it and people will believe her story.

The thing is, those actresses were trading sex for roles and scripts. They are embarrassed now, but they still want the victim role and attention, so they will either embellish or suppress their story, whatever work for them. It is cognitive dissonance at play. Not saying Harvey didn't abused his power, as it is all too evident he did. However, i think they can make a claim for sexual harassment and maybe assault, but i don't see rape as in the traditional definition. I think this new definition of rape is to just so feminists can peddled their "rapey culture" on society.
