I am a bit like the kid in that video as an adult. My wife was a contemporary dancer and is a dance teacher but when she tried to choreograph our first dance when we got married she would have had more success with a wardrobe filled in with cement. I felt obligated to have a crack because that is her passion. But, I could only do a really rough approximation of whatever she suggested.
The whole process of the dance practice reminded me of when Bernard Hopkins advised Kelly Pavlik that he should bend his knees more to make him more fluid in the ring after smashed him to bits. Myself and Pavlik are white as f.uck, we barely have hinge or ball and socket joints, ffs. Our movements are much like a corrugated iron door opening. The only flexibility guys like us show is that we will switch from beer to whiskey, to shots, back to beer, I'll drink a gin and tonic for a refreshing change too.
