Folks around here in Tennessee like to drench everything in Louisiana hot sauce but I don't care for all that vinegar-smelling stank.

Hot Sauce is lame - I eat chillies with anything. They always just taste too tangy which I hate. I ****ing love chillies - all sorts, i've had ghost chillies to standard Jallepenos. My spice tolerance is really high.
