No it doesn't make me angry hearing that,it's a great country but not better then mine in my opinion

-We have great healthcare as good as free

-We don't have racial tensions as you do

-almost nobody own a gun so you should never be afraid to be gunned down

-drugs are not legal but if you use and they catch you, you will not go to jail or be punished

-my country produces more beer per capita than any other country in the world. There are about 125 breweries producing about 800 different types of beer. If you include special one-off beers, the total rises to more than 8,000.

You can go out in the wildlife and be incredibly remote, yet theres always a city within a couple of hours drive that feels like any other western city.

The balance of freedoms, To give you an example both NZ and the UK/US etc have pretty much the same drug laws but:

Me and a mate got pulled over at something AM in the morning with him attempting to drive and apparently swerving out in the road (both our first time on acid after a gig) as soon as i saw the lights, I thought fuk we're getting deported. I had a couple of ounces of weed between my legs, it obviously stunk to high heaven, He has a chat with us, and tell's us to ' go back to maccy d's and sleep it off in the carpark' LOL

For comparison if that was the UK, we would both end up in prison.

The only negative is: the money is ****. Otherwise i'd be living there right now.

I can't complain about living in So Cal. I can drive to the beach, I can drive to the snow in the winter, go to the desert, Disneyland, a number of beautiful national parks, LA and San Diego.... Vegas is not that far away......I can honestly say I'm blessed to be here. I've never lived in any other country or part of the world so there's nothing I can compare to.
