Take the time to read up on that officer who shot him. He shot him over a personal dispute. That man also had a legal permit to carry. That officer is now in jail for raping a man. Smith had just won a lawsuit against the Milwaukee police and they'd been harassing him ever since. This officer went to HS with Smith and they'd had a dispute over a female. Milwaukee isn't a big city. Everybody knows everybody, especially on the northside where most of the black people live and where Smith was from and whee he got shot. They knew who Smith was and they targeted him.

nope, no one should get shot for driving without proper paper work. but saying you have a gun (most liekly an illegal one) and not complying with an officer can get you shot.
