They all do it. I have seen Marine Recon train and that's tough yet SEALS etc are one up. Cant imagine that.

At one tine I was a DMR for our platoon because no Internet tough guy **** I can shoot.

I remember when socom/jsoc was trying to get all the elite units under one command a while back.

Army delta, army sf, navy seals, etc.

The Marines at first resisted.

They were like we don't have an elite unit. The entire marine corps is elite.

I'm good with handguns.

I'm pretty sure I'm ok with rifles but don't really do long range or even outdoor shooting much.

That's why I have ak/sks 7.62x39mm.

100-200 yards it's good enough.

I thought dmr had to use like full 20 inch barrel .223 or .308 rifles?

Or is that the army?

Dmr? Designated marksman rifle?
