lets say you were a farmer with illegal immigrant workers you pay them 8 dollars a day and they still come back complaining about how theres no water source out in the fields so you tell them that youre going to work on it. then one day you notice that theres an orange missing in each one of the workers daily pile bags and its obvious theyve been selfishly grabbing one a day for themselves to drink when they take breaks what are you going to do? you cant trust them anymore because they didnt show loyalty by being patient so you obviously call immigration on them and get them sent back where they came from if they want to ****ing steal right? and would you ever hire anyone from their family ever again the cousins that never worked there before? of course not because you know what youre gettng with that family and they might have a vendetta against you now anyway you let those ****ers starve.

any worker you hire anything that goes wrong is on boss might as well make a few pennies to help yourself with but that besides the point anyway as a boss you do what you need to do to protect yourself and you dont take those kinds of chances god is our boss and hes looking out for himself right now
