      And fyi, Bush didn't implement "conservative" policies anyway, at least not in terms of Economics.

      Some, yes, but hardly all.

      So if you want to be technical, your question was not grounded in fact in the first place.

        I wonder what affect the changes in voter registration laws had on suppressing voters in poor areas, specifically black and Hispanic voters that tend to vote democratic.

                Many, many districts in Detroit (many of which are black districts) saw more votes cast than registered voters.

                They got over 100% of the vote out!!

                Based on that, there was no black voter suppression.
