He was by far the most catastrophic failure in US history as far as geopolitics/foreign relations.

Reckless, premature Iraq pullout purely for campaign reasons with no strategic basis: Handed Iraq over to ISIS which resulted in the greatest humanitarian catastrophy since World War 2. Massive ethnic exterminations against the Yazidi, one of the largest child sex slaving rings in history, complete reversal of all progress made post-Saddam.

Triggering and funding the Syrian civil war; vast majority of US-trained "moderate rebels" defected to Islamist militias including ISIS while Syria, one of the few semi-modern states in the M.E. collapsed into the stone ages. Libya on the side.

Simultaneously pushed for looser immigration controls and larger "refugee" quotas while most of the middle east burned, plunging European cities into third-world status violent crime rates.

Domestic contributions: Mostly appointing hyperpartisan officials with links to radical socialist/racial fringe politics. A healthcare program 60+ % want reversed and 25% completely repealed.

Basically rekindled the Cold War with Russia, against for campaign reasons, this time to bail out the DNC after being busted rigging their primary elections and bribing mainstream journalists. Alleged mastermind of "Russian hacking" turned out to be a teenage girl and part of the evidence was a 4chan prank.

Once the political dust settles he will be remembered as bar none the worst US president. Everything he touched was a disaster.

I believe his climaxes were hesitantly (at first) supporting gay marriage and setting a record for rounds of golf played (estimated cost $100 million in tax dollars).

And I thank him. Because he got Trump elected. Our first remotely right-wing president in almost 30 years.

You left out where he said Trump's campaign was funded by "more of" grass roots than Hillary's campaign was.

It doesn't, in terms of non-citizens.

If it did, any non-citizen could buy and bear firearms legally in the US and even vote, for example.

Notice it starts off saying "We the people of the United States...."

That obviously doesn't include those not Americans.
