he's not killing innocent unarmed civilians though... gotta have rules to follow or else the country will be a in mess, especially in a 3rd world country. i agree that executing drug pushers and addicts is a bit harsh but thats kinda normal over there lol. you have mofos chopping peoples heads off, etc. its normal over there so you have to enforce rules that are just as harsh.

I heard several politicians stole the donation money from the typhoon and bought homes in America. They took hundreds of millions of US dollars, smh that were to go to the poor.
