              IDK what they are going to do, Federal and (most) state prisons are filled to the max. Early releases for some I am assuming.

                    That has nothing to do with this, and that is despite the fact NYPD has already admitted that removing stop and frisk has not increased the crime rate.

                    Besides, stop and frisk only happened in the worst poorest ghettos.
