Make sure you back up to external hard drive or cloud your files if you do. I had to factory reset mine coz it keeps getting error and won't load up windows. Also if you have cracked softwares, it may not work. I don't plan on updating my other laptop.

I like my laptop running on Windows OS. Some softwares won't run on chromebook, ipad, etc...
