You don't want to have the draft in July cause guys can still get hurt in practice and the pre season. Perfect example Kelvin Benjamin and Jordy Nelson. I say Aug 21st.

I just wanna add that I'm on board with either the 21 or the 28th. I usually prefer the latest date but I can do either.
